Returns Policy – ​​Shoppy Birdy

We believe it's important that you're satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can take advantage of our returns policy.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is, to the extent reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

  • The return must be registered in advance via contact @shoppybirdy.nl

Returns that have not been registered in advance cannot unfortunately be processed.

3. Returns procedure & Returns address

Because Shoppy Birdy partners with several suppliers, you can return it directly to us, allowing us to process it for you more quickly.

After your return notification, you will receive the correct return address and further instructions by email .
Returns sent to an incorrect address will not be processed.

4. Return costs

The costs for returning are at the expense of the customer, unless :

  • The product was delivered damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product was delivered incorrectly

In these cases, we request that you report the damage or error immediately and send clear photos.

5. Refund

Once we have received confirmation that the returned product has been received in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days .

The refund will be made via the same payment method used when placing the order.

6. Exclusion of returns

The following products are excluded from return unless they were delivered defective or damaged:

  • Hygienic products

  • Personalized items

  • Digital products or downloads
