At ShoppyBirdy you have the right to cancel your order under European consumer law.

Cancel before shipment

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped .
To do this , please send an email to contact@shoppybirdy.nl with your order number as soon as possible.

Cancellation after receipt (right of withdrawal)

Has your order already been delivered? Then you have the right to cancel it up to 14 days after receipt (right of withdrawal).

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Terms and Conditions

• The product must be returned unused and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

• Personalized or used products are excluded from cancellation and return.

Refund

After receiving your return shipment, you will receive a full refund within 14 days via your original payment method.
